Kathy helped pass a bipartisan plan dedicating $2 billion every year to fix Michigan's roads — because safe, reliable infrastructure is essential for families, workers, and local economies.

As a member of the Law Enforcement Caucus, Kathy supported the Public Safety Trust Fund, delivering over $100 million in dedicated funding for police, fire, and emergency responders across Michigan.

As Chair of the House Families and Veterans Committee, Kathy is focused on protecting families, supporting veterans, improving healthcare, and delivering practical solutions that strengthen local communities. She has been a strong advocate for hardworking Michiganders, voting to eliminate the state income tax on tips, overtime pay, and Social Security benefits.
A graduate of Michigan State University, Kathy and her husband Patrick have called the Jackson area home for more than 30 years. She is committed to fighting for lower taxes, stronger families, and a brighter future for Michigan.
